It is not often that I am struck by the sense of, "I want that picture and I know that I will regret not buying it if I don't do it now!". However this is how I felt after 5 or 10 mins inside Norwich's Moosey Art.
Moosey Art started in Norwich in 2013 curating pop up exhibitions and in 2015 they opened their own gallery. We had wandered past previously but Anmar Mirza’s bold, graphic paintings lured us in. Mirza is a local, young artist and from the work we saw he clearly loves to paint. The show was a sell out I think and I have noticed his paintings appearing in various venues around the ciy and his graffiti on various walls and spaces too. I am looking forward to watching his work develop, what’s next Anmar?
