Plant Science Futures is a project that promotes the opportunities available to young people within plant sciences. It is funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation and based at the Sainsbury Laboratory, Cambridge and Cambridge University Botanic Garden, both part of the University of Cambridge. The challenge was to make plant science accessible and visually engaging and for 16-18 year olds and University undergraduates. The design process worked with a focus group of young people, to gain their feedback on the naming of the project and the design.
